Formed in 2008 O.C.E.A.N provides a voice for Black, Asian and other ethnic groups in Cheshire. We aim to reduce social isolation and enhance wellbeing in the community. We work to enhance community cohesion between all different ethnic communities by providing a centre for the whole community to belong and use daily.
